What's Your Favorite Holiday After-Dinner Drink?

An enjoyable, holiday after-dinner drink can vary from the traditional cup of coffee to a sweet liqueur. What's your delight?

Re: What's Your Favorite Holiday After-Dinner Drink?

I'm a big fan of a beer. Not really a fan of milk+booze drinks (Irish Coffee, White Russians, etc) so a lot of after dinner drinks are out for me (it seems like mixing water with milk which grosses me out). A Bloody Mary is my favorite mixed drink ever, but that's more of a during dinner drink.

That's more of a "hair of the dog" drink.
Stalking is when two people go for a long romantic walk together but only one of them knows about it.

What Holiday do you speak of? Thanksgiving? Christmas? New Years Eve? Each one might constitute something different.

Maybe for some. They're a way I can justify drinking a mixed drink though because I'm like "That's 2 veggie servings! Yep! I'm drinking my veggies with a carb serving!"

Coffee with a shot of Baily's. Or a Snuggler - hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps.

Coffee, with a little something extra- Bailey's, Kahlua, Amaretto, Frangelico... or some combo thereof. Frangelico is my newest favorite though.
    A signature should go here.

Don't know that my post dinner drink ever really is different from my predinner drink. I don't have anything specific, but this Thanksgiving we were enjoying Jameson with apple cider.
