Snow Pictures!!

I thought we had a thread, but nothing came up in the search, so in honor of the first real snow of the season where I live, I am making a thread for snow pictures!!
Total: 10 inches of snow, 1 1/2 inches of ice.

Poor Jack

thats crazy! Reminds me of the ice storm we had right after we moved here last year. Scary sight for a Louisiana girl.

School has been shut down for two days here....snow and ice. Not quite as bad as yours. Jack enjoyed it. He didn't enjoy his kitty harness though.

Yeah, most schools were closed yesterday, today and probably tomorrow. For kentucky, they will be closed the rest of the week and maybe even into monday. They will close for 3 days for even an inch of snow.

We have over a foot of snow and it's been about 10 degrees and our schools are open. I'll have to get a picture of the massive amounts of snow in my front yard.

This is a rare occurance. We don't get much, but we do get some. We do get lots of ice storms, though. Dayton (40 minutes north) gets much more than we do.

Did you keep some? Take a baggie and freeze it?

We got snow yesterday. Not enough to cause problems but I was getting ready to go to school and realized it was snowing. Scared me. Had to drive to school in it and had never done that before.

Judging by this comment you're in Cincinnati too! Its always nice to see a fellow, local disneyphile. It's funny how one reads these forums and reads something from someone in the UK, then down the street. It's also funny how most Cincinnatians are as ardent Disneyphiles as they are Parrotheads.

I got stuck downtown in last nights storm (2/3/09) and used the time to buy APs and book a trip in April; now there's a light at the end of the tunnel!

It took my mom and I an hour and a half (almost 2 hours and half a tank of gas) to get home yesterday afternoon. And it normally takes us 20 minutes. It wasn't snowing too bad or really sticking where we were at, but when we got home, wow! But at least the snow is pretty! Another 8 inches!!!!!

Aww. It looks so pretty but I am glad I dont have to deal with snow in San Diego. I am too spoiled.

We had 24" of snow fall in 9 hours Monday.....top that! lol
