What type of cookies do you like and how do you eat them?

This is the recipe I use~ I used to never make them..knowing if I did, I'd eat the whole batch! I love them so! Then I had a huge craving for them and made a batch...now they are Bailey and Kat's favorite!:croll:

2 cups white sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 pinch salt
3 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


In a saucepan bring sugar, cocoa, margarine, milk, and salt to a rapid boil for 1 minute.
Add quick cooking oats, peanut butter, and vanilla; mix well.
Working quickly, drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper, and let cool.

At Cape May Cafe, at the Beach Club in WDW, they have the Oreo bonbon, which is an oreo topped with chocolate mousse. One of the greatest desserts ever.

Flakey Flicks, I could wipe out a whole box in 10 minutes.

That's why I don't buy them.:crybye:

Absolute bestest cookes are made by a guy who has a stand in front of the store I work at every Sunday at our Farmer's Market called "Scratch Cookies"-the ones with chocolate chips or M&M's are the best!! OR, soft chips ahoy, microwaved for oh...17 seconds. Delish! :))

Chewy is definitely better than crunchy when it comes to cookies. The only exception I can think of right now is Oreos.

ah yes. in that case, soggy is actually a good thing (Oreo + Milk = :)) )

I like those soft cookies they sell at the market-- the ones with a pat of frosting on the top the size of the cookie? And sprinkles? It's about $4 for a box of 6, but it's sooooo worth it.

As fewer times as I can!! I don't need my mini "love handles" to get any bigger!! yikes!

White Chocolate chip cookies.

My partner is from a family of British bakers. What more can a man ask for? Cookies are their bread and butter and it's probably one of the main reasons we got married (:yea: )!

I have had cookie experiences this side of heaven. There's the Irish mint chip with a coffee base. Chocolate chip, also with a slight bitter coffee mixed in. Sour cream cookies and, as part of an experiment last week--black and white cookies.

A black and white cookie is from New York and is a chocolate and vanilla 'cake' like cookie that is kept soft and chewy.

And THAT is my fav.

This week. I've not bought store brand cookies in three years.
