I recently tweaked my back playing hockey about a month ago. After avoiding the doctors office, I finally went and she told me I have a lower back strain. Nothing too serous but that I shouldn't do anything too strenuous for about a month.
Although this cut my hockey season short, it gives me ample time to rest up for Halloween Haunt, this year.
Aside from the meds she Rx'd me, and the heat packs I have, does anyone have any advice or remedies to quicken the healing time for a strained back? I'm hoping to be 100% by September 24th (opening night of Halloween Haunt). Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
