    Wink Daylight Saving Time Begins

    Hi,

Didn't see any thread for this, this time. So, I thought I would make one.

Just wanted to inform the MiceChatters that Daylight Saving Time Begins tomorrow. So, remember to change your clock 1 hour forward.

I really, hate this one personally. But just have to let people know.

My husband and I have just changed ours. We don't want to oversleep tomorrow since we are headed to the video store at 9 a.m. to pick up the new Pokemon games.

I've lived in CA now more than 10 years and I still hate it. I grew up in AZ where we never touched the clocks ... I still miss that.

Changing the clocks is so stupid, so antiquated, there's no good reason for it in this day and age...well, that's probably something better suited for the Debate Forum...anyway, here's to Arizona and parts of Indiana....stand your ground...

And thanks for the reminder, Hayley.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Hawaii also doesn't change their clocks, it stays the same all year round for them. I don't like the hour change forward as far as sleep goes, but I love the hour of light being tacked on to the end of the day instead of the start of the day. I go to work in the dark regardless so having it in the morning doesn't benefit me. And when we spring forward it makes me look forward to SUMMERTIME!!!!

I guess I'm the only one but I love Daylight Saving Time! As soon as Standard Time begins, I always look on the calendar to when DST begins again.

I like having more light, I just don't want to change 20 clocks.

    My thoughts exactly.

I just spent about 20 minutes trying to figure out how to change one that I thought was going to change itself due to a promised "Daylight Savings Time Feature". I finally figured it out. My wristwatch is the worst.

It was great because I got paid for 8 hours... Sucked because I had 8 hours worth of work in 7 hours.

    Re: Daylight Saving Time Begins

Luckily all my clocks except for my clock-radio in the bedrrom automatically update. Then again the only other clocks I have are on my cell phone, laptop & the DVR. I don't bother setting the clock on the microwave anymore and I don't wear a watch (my wrists are really skinny so I have wearing anything on my wrist).

    I want my hour back!

By next week, I'll be loving it, but today not so much.
