Was it Stanley or Snyder? Google time.

I went to see a live taping of Dusty's Treehouse on a first grade field trip. I loved that show.

Also, the 3 "brothers" from My Three Sons visited an event we had at my elementary school. I had a signed picture at one time.

EDIT: Yoou're right. Stanl;ey. I just remember his red tennis shoes. I loved him.

Another show I had forgotten about - Daktari

Bah! That's a modern attitude! Toys are meant to be played with, not looked at on a shelf! Of course, i wouldn't take "barbie sized" ones outside, just the action figure types.

My brothers destroyed all the outside action figure toys. They were destructive little sh*ts.

    Sheesh. Youngsters.

There were several Sid and Marty Croft shows and a couple similar Hanna Barbera ones as well. Any old folks who can name them?

Was the Hair Bear Bunch from that same era? 3 bears that escaped from the zoo regularly and rode around on an invisible motorcycle (or am I confusing shows).

    Re: The good old days!!

    OK. Want the answer?

    Spoiler
    Lidsville

There were a whole lot of "furry fandom" shows back them. I guess there are still these types of shows now. (Granted, I didn't even KNOW there was such a thing as funny fandom until recently)

    Bugaloos
    Lidsville
    Banana Splits
    HR Puff n'Stuff
    Land of the Lost
    New Zoo Review
    Sigmund and the Sea Monster
    Seasame Street
    Muppet Show

I've never quite looked at it like that!
