I've seen some 14 year olds, so the youngest age would be more than one person. I haven't seen anything below that. Not totally positive though.
I'm 16 myself. 17 this January.
Hypothetically, whoever is 13 is Micechat's youngest members (this is assuming that A) There are 13 year olds here and B) Kids aren't lying about their age to get membership). Micechat does not allow under-13s to be members.

I am definitely not the youngest, but a big time kid at heart and looks it too.
