Black Friday Planning.....Day After Thanksgiving Deals

I think Wal*Mart always has the best Black Friday deals. We don't a Wal*Mart nearby, so I don't get to see the ads anymore in the paper, but I've checked them online the last few years and my jaw always drops! I went to one of their sales at like 4:45 a.m. and I STILL didn't get what I wanted. That was the end of that! That was probably five years ago....and since then, their sales seem to just get better and better.

So at least you have Wal-Mart, Karla! All you need now is a babysitter!

I've got the best deal of all for Black Friday - work a half-day at full pay, go home, eat some leftovers, and then park my butt on the couch with the PS2 for the whole weekend!

I can't wait...my Mom is coming from Texas for Turkey Day...Hubby will be off...we can leave the kids at home and shop! Of course my shopping is limited...but I do have Target, Kmart, Walmart, Sears, JCP, Bath and Body (thank the lotion gods for that one!) and Dillards. I should be able to make do with that for the day!!!

I will be going. i went last year. We took my sister's kids, and I have to say, for the MiniVan full of shopping (I bought a new Christmas Tree last year- fake) they were really good.

When I went and looked at the leapster on the list at walmart for black friday the price said 98.00 so I clicked on it, and it took me to the walmart site. and the leapster there with the software is only 49.84 cents, why is this?

Nathan and I are going to attemp to tackle Black Friday this year. Not sure which grandparents are babysitting, as both have offered. All we need to do now is get the who's getting what list put together.

I don't know yet if I have to work that day or not. I'm not brave enough to do the 5am madness, but I saw Wal-Mart's ad got leaked online and they're going to have the Motorola Razar phone for like $80-something (normally $350 on its own). I really really want that phone!

I can officially tell you that the holiday shopping season has begun, as it was absolutely NUTS at Crate and Barrel yesterday...all day long. All. Day. Long. And it didn't seem that crazy in the mall, when I went to grab lunch, it was just at our store for some reason!
