New Disney Stores - A Review (With Photos)

What a disappointment....I'm not pleased, it looks cold and sterile now. The old stores had life and for me seemed to capture that same feeling I would get when I go into the park, the magic my friends....is lost in the childrens department.

This particular Disney Store is the one at Fashion Square Mall in Sherman Oaks.

Were you really able to get one day, one park passes there before? I was under the impression that they were always only availble at the park itself.

Man- I just don't like it! I am usually not one to be negative- but, blegh! It was WAY WAY better before. Now I am excited to get to the Mall of America and check out my Disney store. I haven't seen it since it reopened.

I miss the old Disney Stores. I have a picture of me in my gray pleated "cheerleader" style skirt and letterman sweater from the early days. Granted, it was SO early-90's, but I loved the styling.

And a um, person really really close to me still has one of those sweaters...............
