Lets have some fun. Ever hear something that sounded dirty, but in truth was very clean? For example as heard at a hockey game...

I heard a story a few years ago about a news caster back east after she was done with her report she went to introduce the weatherman only to remember that last night he promised at least 6 inches of snow was going to fall. Not thinking she turned to him and said (on live TV)

'So Ted, what happened to the 6 inches you promised me last night?'

George Carlin had a funny routine years ago about clean words that sound dirty. Here are some examples:

Beer nuts
Cotton balls
There are more I can't remember
It's a funny routine.

I have that fridge magnet poetry set for euphemisms. Funniest thing ever! I love to see what people write when they come over and hang out at the fridge. :cwink:
