Yup, right now I just saw the other thread. Should I ask to get this thread merged or closed? Thanks for the link .

You guys should compromise. Get a tree and put blue and white stuff on it. Doesn't DL have a little box of Jewish ornaments? Like with the Star of David? And then you put your stuff on it too! Then you guys can have both things up! Just a thought.

No prob. It's easy to overlook threads sometimes

Grumpy, that's a good idea! I'll suggest it to her.
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

We're not getting our tree until the 10th. BUT, I've already bought all the decorations for it! I LOVE tree decorating! We usually do a Disney tree for my daughter and I do a coordinated, themeatic tree.

I'm doing a flocked tree this year, with white lights and all turquoise ornaments. (Here's a link to the ornaments. They're much lighter in color than this picture: http://www.target.com/gp/detail-tab-...&tabFlag=4)Its going to be awesome!!!! Got matching wrapping paper too. Its very, Shag/retro/60's futuristic. I can't explain it, but will post pictures when I have it done.

Here is my tree. We usually have this little one downstairs- it's fake. And get a big fresh one for upstairs. But since my son and I are leaving for California in a couple weeks, we figured we'd just use the fake one this year. So here she is! Our star is way too big for a smaller tree!

That tree skirt is like the first holiday thing my husband and I bought 7 years ago. So we still have it! And I found a little animatronic Tigger and Piglet to match!

Love the tigger and piglet Tink! I really can't wait to get the kids trees up. Maybe tonight or tomorrow but they know their room has to be cleaned up first so we may just see those trees next year

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to DMof2 again.

Love the sandy snowman and santa! Where'd you get those? We're a beachy kinda house.

My Mom's mother was Jewish. When I was little, she always put up a "Hanukkah Bush" for us. Santa always made a stop at her house too!
