I think this thread should be in memory for all the American fighters who fought for us during WWII.
I'd like to thank my aunts and uncles that served in WW2 for their bravery, and a special shout out to my dad (rest his soul) who fought in the South Pacific on Tarawa.

My dad's dad is entombed on the Arizona.
my great grandpa was a pilot and one of the first ones to see the planes coming. he saw his plane blow up about 40 feet away from him.
