Question A dilemma for Santa Claus this year?

Santa Claus has a dilemma this year. What does he give to those on the naughty list this year? With the rising cost of energy the items (coal and switches) that he gives the naughty boys and girls will be appreciated as cheap sources of heat during the cold winter. It's not really a good thing if the recipient actually enjoys the punishment.

Also to structure the question, Santa is not allowed to take the easy way out and give them absolutely nothing. Considering the situation what do you suggest Santa bring the naughty girls and boys?

A device that constantly plays the Hamster Dance (there is no "Off" or "Mute" button and it is not breakable)

Along these evil lines, give them each a Barny Sing Along plush toy. This Barny would pull his own song cord in perpetuity.

And you can't forget the "it's a small world" headphones.

    wet willies.
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...
