Anyone know where Mark and Zippy are?

My son and I came to know Mark and Zippy from the Radio Disney show. My son was having a tough time at that time in his life, and they made him feel real special. We would spend hours in the "fish tank" as they called it, the broadcasting booth in DL. But then one day they just dissapeared. I don't know what happened, but Mary (the manager) told me they were going to move closer to home and be DJs elsewhere seperatly. They even had a picture we made haning on the wall in there.

I would love to contact them and say hi. Any one know how to contact them? It's been a while and I don't even remeber their real names. If they are at a radio staion I could email them from the station website.

I was a huge fan of JPM and Zip as well. Unfortunatly, (according to Zippy,) they were canned by Radio Disney to save costs and were replaced by a DJ named Web Fingers (who I think never was popular and was also soon canned afterwards.) According to Mark, he now works as a Television Director and has done many programs for the Discovery channel. As far as Zippy, he now DJ's as part of a Morning show for a Rock station in Atlanta. I have Zippys Email address and Marks IM screen name. For privacy purposes, I won't post them. But if you PM me, I might be able to help you out.

Yes, after Mark and Zippy left, they had new rules, and no one was able to even visit web fingers. We only even listened to Radio Disney when Mark and Zippy were on. When they left, we stoped listening. We also attended events that Mark and Zippy MCed.

Disney was foolish for letting them go. Why do they always dump the good talent they have? Are they really that blind?

Well, let's just hope the new regime does better. I hear they are in the talks with Pixar again. This could be a good sign that they are waking up.
