Yep, I bet we all have the font (Walt Disney Script?) and use it.
The catch would be if he using it to make money even though it is his name. If so Disney may be able to come in and claim a copy right on a logo issue.
I think the company should be made aware of its use. The higher ups may not know..
There is a neighborhood in my town called Christopher Robin's. When it was being built, the signs advertising it had a profile of a very Disney pooh. They were sued and the sign was changed to like a scroll and quill thing.

I'm not really too much in agreement with contacting the company over the useage of the font... there was recently a Reese running for judge. Guess what the campaign banners looked like. You see, this happens all the time.
Somebody connected with the company obviously should know about it by now -- they probably don't really care.
