Guy Posing As Heir To Disney Fortune Gave Out Phony Disneyland Passes: LAistBut investigators say the Disney act goes deeper than donating phony passes to a nonprofit. When they looked into the case, they said they found out that Urquidez had a fake driver's license with the name Stephen Disney, and he had even created fake W-2 tax forms showing income from the Walt Disney Corporation.
He was booked at Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Station on Tuesday, and he later posted a $20,000 bond and was released. KCAL 9 caught up with Urquidez, but he claimed that the whole thing was a big mix-up and that he never pretended to be a member of the Disney clan.
Investigators are looking for anyone who might have come into contact with a certain Stephen Disney. If you have, call Santa Clarita Station Detective Elliott at 661-255-1121. In the meantime, beware of phony heirs.
