Wider-Reaching Discussion/Debate of the Disneyland 'Dry Ice' Incident.

This is the place to continue on from this thread, as it was veering off-topic and into personal asides on the Disneyland forum. Please keep things civil.

I am at Disney this week and last night when we re-entered and asked the employee checking the bags at the gate about this, he said he had no idea what we were talking about. That was just over two hours since the incident.

This morning when we entered there were additional people checking bags and they were asking if anyone had any glass or plastic bottles or cans.

    Hullo:

In support of cast members people might not be cheapskates for a few weeks and not try to smuggle beverages into the park. Buy a souvenir. Buy bottled water or, better yet, Soda! You don't want to be drinking tap water in Anaheim, anyway -- it's foul.

What if they had service dogs at Disneyland sniffing out contraband that looked like Famous Disney Dogs? Dobby can sniff out coffee or toilets, but dry ice sounds dangerous and I don't want to play with it.

It'd be interesting to know what his true motive actually was.

I suspect he was bored or in general just not thinking. "Hey, it'd be fun."

    Stupid, but nothing larger.

    Definitely not terrorism.
