It's 3:30 in the morning. I can't sleep. I'm wide awake. I don't know why. No coffee, no soda this evening. No scary movie. No super amazing book to read. Nothing in particular on my mind. Why? Why? I have to be up and be a mom soon. I can't be awake at this hour.

Well, it's not the middle of the night now - at least not here. But, this happened to me on Friday night. I woke up at 2:30 and I was just BAM, wide awake. Yeesh!

I'm awake all during the night frequently. But then, I work nights sometimes so I have to be. Right now my sleeping/waking cycle is so messed up by having one day job and one night job, my body has gotten really good at sleeping whenever I happen to go into a prone position. It just sorta does it. I guess my body is afraid that I might try to stay awake all night so it trys to sleep whenever it can.
Which is pretty much opposite of what this thread is about.
