I had an iMac before. Now I have a duel processor G5 tower I got last April. My little iMac running 9 was getting flaky and slow.

A G5 tower! No wonder you're kicking my butt in thread races! I've got a G4 IMAC which is doing a wee bit bitter since I added some memory.
Actually, I'M the one that needs memory.

Memory is a good thing. I have 2GB right now. I think I max out at 4. If I had been super rich, I could of got the really high end that maxes out at 8GB of RAM.
