    Walt Disney, you've got another hit!

    Some of you may know that I have a passion for classic cars. I thought you might enjoy seeing this advertisement from 1939:

    "Yesterday, a man walked up to me and said, 'Isn't it a shame that Walt Disney couldn't be here to see this?' and I said, "He did see this, that's why it's here."

    Wow Tom, that is a rare find. Amazing.
    I would love to read the print on the bottom, just to kill my curiousity.

    I love it! Old ads are great ways to view history. Just like using post cards in the Nickel Tour book.

    Unfortunately, I don't have the original ad... just a photo of it. I'd love to be able to read the text also. BTW: Walt didn't drive a DeSoto. During this era he owned a big yellow Packard convertible.
