    Marble Slab Creamery

Anyone have one of these by them? How about Coldstone Creamery? I went to the nearby Marble Slab today for a cone and OMG it was good! You pick whatever ice cream you want and then if you want, pick from the different "mix-ins" (crushed Butterfingers, crushed Heath bars, crushed Oreos, chocolate chips, gummy bears, M&M's, chocolate cake, various nuts, sprinkles, strawberries, bananas, raspberries...) and have them mix them into the ice cream. I got raspberry ice cream with chocolate chips mixed in. Was yummy! Next time I go I want to try the vanilla cinnamon, mango or key lime ice cream. Yum!

    Re: Marble Slab Creamery

My boss has tried both and she says Coldstone beats Marble Slab hands down. I've been to Coldstone a few times and I it! My favorite is something called Cookie Doughn't You Want Some...It's French Vanilla Ice Cream with cookie dough, chocolate chips, hot fudge and caramel. Oh yummy yummy...I want to get one now that I'm thinking of it.

Hey...have your diet and then like once a week or maybe once a month if you really want to be good. But you gotta try it, at least once. I'm hoping I'll be more ballsy and try to create something of my own.

We have a giant Marble Slab at the nearby mall. It's two stories and I think insanely overpriced for ice cream that isn't that great. It was like 5 bucks for a tiny cup of it.

i have both a coldstone and marble slab down the street from me, i think i like marble slab better than coldstone. I can get the same thing for less price and its a good size, but a big giant size that i can't finish.

ORWEN: Back where we come from, us Cauldron girls like to stop by this little shop in the market place called Morva Slab Crematory--only, if the truth be told, the rest of you most likely wouldn't like it. It's a place where they actually cremate people who don't want to lie around stone cold in the ground after their souls are ready to go to that great big cauldron in the sky...

    Re: Marble Slab Creamery

Mmm, Cold Stone!! I LOVE that place!!!
right by work iz a frozen yogurt shop (21 Flavors) that is the same thing, only, duh, yogurt. SO good and a great thing when it's hot outside!!

But YEARS before I ever heard of either, in college, we used to go to a place that did the same thing (called Walrus ice cream). We thought it was the coolest. They'd always have some wacky flavor to try too - on my birthday one year it was called Picnic - and had cole slaw, chicken, postao salad - NASTY sstuff but I had to try it 'cuz it was my birthday. Man, those were the days.
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...
