Best April Fools Pranks

So whats the best April Fools Pranks you have done? Whats the best ones that have been done to you?

I have 2 that come to mind with me. In my early 20's I was dating someone that I knew my family didn't like, so I called them up on the afternoon of 4/1 and told them I had gone up to Tahoe and gotten married. While they all replied 'Thats nice', I could hear the silent screams on the other end of the phone.

Another one is one that we did to my brother. He had a pair of shoes that smelled so bad they could have been concidered WMD's. We took them out and nailed them to our wooden fence then sat back and watched as he come outside looking for them, walked over to them , grabbed them, then almost pulled his arm out of the socket as he tried to walk away with them.

One that I've always wanted to do was come in the house with muddy shoes, walk down the hall , then take them off and make the footprints 'walk' up the wall, over the ceiling, then down the other wall. Never did it though cuz I didn't want to be the one cleaning up the mess.

We'll wake the kids up real early in the morning and surprise them by saying that we're going to Disneyland! (we've actually done that before)

Once they are awake and ready to go...We'll say, "APRIL FOOLS!"

Well, maybe that's being a little too cruel...Funny, but cruel!

One Time I ran down an airplane terminal shooting blanks.

One time I dressed up like Mr. Monopoly, went into an orphanage and said "I'll take them all!"

Then I ran away.

One time I convinced everyone that I was invisible. What a great April fools trick that was!

ok ok, in all honesty the best April fools trick was about 3 or 4 years ago.

I printed up some fake letters, using the Disney font as a letter head, and ended convincing most of my school that I designed Mission: Space, and that I was being paid a few million.

A select few still believe it today.

The funniest thing on April Fool's to happen to me was ten years ago.

My parents woke me up and said, "We love you, and are so proud of you!"

Then they started laughing and walked out of my room.

Rubber band the spray nozzle on the kitchen sink. That'll teach 'em to rinse before loading the dish washer!

I'm not usually one for pranks, but I feel mean so I'm going to "quit" tomorrow. Since a fellow person in my dept left it should make for an interesting time.

The teachers at my daughter's private school pulled a good one . They told the kids that because there had been so many violations of the school dress code, they were switching to mandatory school uniforms next year. They had brochures for all the kids with pictures of the uniforms, the costs and the order forms so it was pretty believeable. Most of the kids were really sad and a few even cried! Then they told them it was a joke!

I hate April Fool's Day The radio station back in NY pulled a few good ones. Can't remember any now but people believed them!!
