Protein style is no bun, wrapped in lettuce leaves. Mmmmmm.

Animal style has something to do with a hamburger patty cooked in mustard. I'm allergic to mustard so I've never tried it.

Single cheeseburger no onions, mustard and ketchup instead of spread. Then I'll go across the street to McDonalds and get fries. Sad, yes, but also the perfect lunch. Oh, and a big old Diet Coke, because I too like the taste better than regular.

Single, Animal Style with grilled onions, fries - WELL DONE PLEASE - and a diet coke.

Now I BADLY BADLY BADLY want In and Out!

I live in freaking Kansas! Way too far from In and Out!!! Dang it!

I'll take mine char-broiled at Johnny Rockets thank-you-very-much. And, a side of Johnny Rockets fries, and one of their old-fashioned milk shakes in the tin!

I'd say that O'nut IS rare, but getting back to topic:
There's an In N Out, just a couple of miles from my house in NORTHERN California, but since I no longer eat red meat, I really have no reason to go there. DW occasionally treats herself there.

Now the place that always had the best burgers IMHO was Nation's. But that's another story.
Have bicycle, will ride. Finished 2012 with 10,089 miles, 683 hours, and 482,000 feet of elevation gain.
    2013: 201 rides, 8171 miles, 544 hours, 480K feet.
    2014 so far: 7846 miles, 451,000 feet

Re: How do you like your In-'N-Out?

    Single with cheese and onion.

Wanna know why the fries are "meh"? Because they're from real potatoes! We're so accustomed to fries with added "potato" flavor (yes, it really exists). Well, that and their choice of oils.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...

Re: How do you like your In-'N-Out?

I JUST went to In N Out an hour ago.

I like a hamburger with extra spread only...sometimes I add light grilled onions

On Fridays during lent....grilled cheese extra spread only.

    Tonight I got both....

Now, on to the more important matter...how do I like my Onut? Hmmmmmmm, I like my Onut frisky, buzzed and giddy

Morrigoon is right about the fries...real potatoes...no preservatives (aka potatoe flavoring added etc). I used to hate their fries, then I discovered how delicious they are with more salt and dipped in a chocolate shake. Yea, my ex was good for something....introducing me to that aspect!!!!

    Trekkie Dad....get a grilled cheese.

Single "animal" style, Strawberry shake, fries, once a month that's it. Boy is it good!
