    I Could Scream!

I have just been out for a few hours with about forty of my friends (the most I've ever been out with at once) and we took about sixty amazing photos that could serve as a memory for ever to look back on my childhood by. I plug my phone into my computer...
    AND THEY ARE ALL GONE!

OH NO! Sorry to hear that! What happened? Do you think they got erased by the computer somehow? Maybe it downloaded the pics into some obscure folder on your computer and erased them off the phone?

    I'm sorry for your loss,
I had that happen to me... Lost three years of photos on my digital camera
Thought that format meant something other than erasing all the the files on a memory card

It actually happened when I was at Disneyland... I was sitting on the train, had just took a picture of the under-construction TOT, pushed the button and they were gone

Lost a whole bunch of Europe, New York, Washington D.C. and San Diego Comic Con Photos - no proof of having seen half the celebrities that I have seen

Some photos though were strangly recovered on my home computer, but the Comic-Con photos were never plugged in so they're gone for good

OH MY GOSH!! That so.. so.. SUCKS! There just no other way to put it!! I've had my computer eat stuff, and a while back my daughter computer ate YEARS of her photos, so I understand how much that kind of thing hurts!! Maybe they are there just hidden somewhere?? I've never used a camera phone, but I know when I downloaded some wallpaper to my phone it took me DAYS to figure out where they went.

if the pics were stored on your computer then disappeared, talk to a professional because things that are gone, arent always really gone. also, its a good investment if you store all your pics onthe computer to get an extra external hard drive. (we actually have 2) then id your computer fries you still have the pictures. my hubby is soo paranoid we have them on the puter, on each of the 2 external hard drives, and also another spare computer we have. another thing we used to do before we had the external hard drive is burn the pics to a cd and store it somewhere else(friend/relatives house/storage unit, safe deposit box or even just a fire safe box)

Wow, forty friends? Was this your first time meeting some of them? lol. Yeah, that sucks, really it does. I hate losing stuff like that, we lost a bunch of videos from when my brothers and I were babies , it was very depressing.

    that sucks
    blame technology!
it was late almost 2 or 3 and i was finally done with my terms, about 6 pages and i had spent about 5 hours on it that night or more and my program erased like half of them!
but its still not as bad as proofs of memories being erased
