    To be fair, we don't make a big deal out of Fathers Day, either, and birthdays generally get a small recognition.

    Dinner sounds nice, but every restaurant worth going to will be packed. Not her scene. And breakfast in bed doesn't appeal to her, either. She'd rather sleep in. I will, however, be extra considerate and try to do a few things she normally doesn't expect.
    Have bicycle, will ride. Finished 2012 with 10,089 miles, 683 hours, and 482,000 feet of elevation gain.
    2013: 201 rides, 8171 miles, 544 hours, 480K feet.
    2014 so far: 7846 miles, 451,000 feet

    I am going to have a great Mother's Day! I got a basket of Bath and Body Works stuff and we are going to see a production of Peter Pan at the Little Theater. I heard they fly and everything! Tink is my favorite...but I don't think there is a Tink in this one.

    I'm going to garden and relax all day...wait I do that every sunday...LOL

    I gave my mother her gifts on friday....I'm such the rebel about these holiday things...

    Yeah!!! I got that for mothers day also. My husband and kids decided I needed a day at the spa. Im going on monday (15th). Im so excited I have never been there before.

    I got extra special this year, my birthday was yesterday (13th) and than mothers day. Every once in awhile it falls on mothers day!

    I got a surprise today!!! My kids (or he got for my kids to give to me) a new suitcase and a jiminy cricket disney treasures figurine. It's so cute and I was so excited- because frankly I thought I wasn't getting anything due to our garage door having to be replaced.

    Now, hubby is cooking me lunch!!

    Will trade husband for Disneyland and DCA Pins!
