i got in a medium sized wreck and it sucks

well i dont know where to post this, or even if it really matters. but yeah i just got in an car accident and like i already said, it sucks! i got hit from the rear. i was in the left turn lane and there was a truck w/ a trailer whos brakes locked up in the lane to the right of me. his trailer swung to the left and pulled him sideways, his trailer hit the back of my camry totally demolishing the rear of my car. boooooo. sorry, pretty sure no one really wants to read this, im just frustrated.

yeah he does, he was in his work truck. and our insurance covers it too. ill get a rental car untill it gets fixed. cant really afford to not have a vehicle of course. but im ok, nothin disneyland cant fix next month.

Hey, sorry to hear about the wreck, I'm very happy you're okay.

Plan on being very sore tomorrow, with it being a bit worse the next day. Typically people who are involved in accidents are okay the first day, but pretty sore for two days afterwards. Hot baths, IBprohen are your friends.

yeah two years ago the brakes went out on my other car and i was fine the first day, then the next day i felt it. and the worst part was that i got a $400 ticket for "driving under unsafe conditions" because my brakes went out! do they think i knew my brakes were gonna go out!? sorry to complain.

Thats right!! One of the wonderful things about this place is you can come in and vent and have all kinds of people who will come up and give you hugs and listen!!!

Thankfully I've only been in a couple of fender benders in my life, but it is frustrating when something happens!!! But thank goodness you are ok, maybe a bit sore, but its something you walked away from. Machines can be replaced, you can't!

I know how you feel, I was in a friends car once and we were hit at 40 mph from behind then pushed into a flatbed Truck.

its kinda funny, im a big big big "listener of music" if you want to call it that, im really picky about my gear, and after i got home from the wreck my brother asked "Are you ok?" i said yeah, next was "Is your stereo still ok?". it just seemed so weird for him to ask that, i just got in a wreck and your second question is if my stereo is ok? but yes its fine (amazingly).

nah. i rarely take anything except records with me unless its i really need to. i would like to buy a big dj coffin (big case) so if i wanted to i could just put the lid on and throw them (gently) in the car. everything in one box. only thing in my trunk other than subs and an amp was a basketball and a shirt.
