    the things kids say

lets preface this by explaining that Max watches his disneyland video a lot, one we made from his visit last year xmas time so it has small world holiday on it. so tonight he asks me to put on peter pan so i start the movie and he says "tinker bell" so i reply, "yes tinker bell" and he proceeds to sing "tinker bell, tinker bell, tinker all the way....." what a cutie!

It's GREAT to be a Viking!

Were going down, down and a earlier round,
And sugar, were going down swingin'
I'll be your number one, with a bullet,
    A loaded god complex,
    Clock it and pull it.
    - Fall Out Boy, Sugar, Were Goin' Down

I'm to quarters and a heart down,
And I don't wanna forget how your voice sounds,
These words are all I have so I'll write them,
So you need them just to get by,
Dance, Dance, were falling apart to half time,
    Dance, Dance,
And these are lives you'd love lead to lead,
    Dance,
This is the way they'd love if they knew how, misery loved me.
    - Fall Out Boy, Dance Dance

When my grandson was younger he would watch the birds fly in the Maple tree in front of my house. There was always at least one blue jay sighting each day. One day he came running and said, "grandma, a red jay, a red jay." I went to the window, and there was a cardinal in the tree. Sean thought that since the blue birds were called blue jays, these red birds must be called red jays.
