Do migas count? If so, add those to the poll!![]()
I prefer my eggs colored, like at Easter. Dont you love coloring eggs? Its so much fun to put the little PAAS tablets into the vinegar and watch them bubble and fizz. Then you dunk your eggs and pull them out placing them in the PAAS container with the holes punched out the back so that your eggs can dry. Except when you pull the dried egg off there's this ring of color thats darker than the rest of the egg because of the hole in the box. I dont like that part. And if you layed your colored egg onto a paper towel, then after it dried you'd end up with this whiteish mark where the color rubbed off onto the paper towel, leaving a nasty blemish on your otherwise perfectly colored egg. So whats a person to do? How does one dry the colored egg easily without leaving a dark colored ring around it or leaving a rubbed off white blemish? I DONT KNOW!!
Erg... not a big egg fan. It creeps me out to eat what would have been a fetus. I know, I know.. I eat animals... but something about a would-be baby doesn't do it for me.
Although, I do like a little bit of hard boiled egg in my potatoe salad. *shrugs*

Scrambled eggs, little bit of cheese on top, tabasco sauce and ketchup. Pure heaven in nasty form!
Why not make this thread into a multiple choice poll?

I love those fresh omelette bars that a lot of Vegas buffets have. If I'm doing that, then I want ham/cheese/onions/bell peppers. With the obligatory tabasco and ketchup kicker.
I'll take Hollandaise for $1000 Alex.

I'll pretty much eat them any other way though. My personal favorite is scrambled eggs and pepperoni with cheese. I grew up with that one.Omlettes made of cheese, tomatoes, and bacon are also good.
