    Give me a pair of rib eyes. At least 1-2 inches thick, boneless, tail on, slow grilled over a wood fire with mesquite.

    Beyond that, though, beef is indeed what's for dinner, and there are few cuts you'll see me turn down.

    Yes, bone-in does make the meat much, much tastier, since the marrow leeches into the meat and adds substantial flavor. That's why the filet mignon is so flaverless that they have to add bacon. But a bone in tenderloin, or rib eye, is heaven.

    oh yeah, I never buy my rib eye with out the bone, for some reason it just tastes better with bone in
