All right, I haven't been on the board for very long, so I don't really know the "rules" and such... But everyone seems so nice that I hopefully won't get frowned at (or laughed at) for asking this question...

Is it considered... um, couth, I guess would be the word... to ask about help for finding a relationship? I mean, I wouldn't want to use the board as a personal ad, not like that, but more like asking if there are any micechatters who are also looking... Kind of like an extended "single riders" thread...

Is that considered okay... or should I just run away and hide for asking?

Another suggestion is to go to the Sunday meets if you live in the area. It certainly did wonders for my love life!

Seriously, though, everyone's been giving me such wonderful advice, not just here but in PMs, and being so nice to me even though I'm new here. Thank you all so much!

As someone who loves Disney, I just figured what better place to try and meet someone with similar interests than here! And since it's worked for other people, it stands to reason that I could hope it might happen to me...

As for who I'm looking for (since someone asked), I'm a humanitarian. In other words, I'm open to men and women, although I do lean more towards the girls (guys just haven't treated me right, to be honest). And I will be going to more meets. I swear, it was my first meet on sunday and already someone's offering to introduce me to someone. I love micechat... Everyone is so friendly!! ^_^
