So everyone has to have snacks throughout the day. Does anyone have any good alternatives to veggies and fruit for a good healthy snack? I'm eating carrots right now and they are making me feel sick, any advice?

Popcorn's usually pretty good if you go for the not-too-buttery stuff. I will echo the recommendation for the 100 calorie packs of various crackers and cookie/chips. They're pretty decent tasty and can satisfy a hunger for a short time. Those came in real handy when going to various amusement parks in the last year or two.
