Pacific Beach/ Mission Beach Hotel Suggestions?

Hi everyone,

I'm taking my good friend to DLR in Aug for her birthday. and I want to spend a day in SD and need a nice place to stay. I would love to stay close to the beach in Pacific or Mission beach. Any ideas on places you have stayed and enjoyed? Price isn't a big issue.

Wow, it looks amazing. Do you think it would be fun to rent jet skis and put around the water? Is the water still icy cold in mid-Aug?

I would love to find a place closer to Pacific Beach, but this place looks great.

Max, that place is perfect, and right there at Mission Beach.
