Hey! I know where George Lucas was born. I attended the better high school. In fact, I had to drive by the cruising statue this morning.

These boards look like a lot of fun. Good job as always, Hastin and good luck to you, Al! A fine endeavor.

Dusty and mamabot, always a pleasure to see you both.
Great Motor Boat shot!! That was my first ride when I went to Disneyland in the 70's.

Well, yeah, Al has the occasional Universal update, but I really want a place like Yesterland for Universal Studios. Of course, I'm of the mind that you can never have too much documentation, so the one or two pictures Yesterland has for the rides seems inadequate. I want a place that has way too many photos, video files, and soundtracks for old Universal stuff like Fieval's Play Land and Playhouse, Conan, A-Team, Miami Vice, ET, Marvel Mania, the cafe stop on the tram tour, the video with KITT and David Hasselhoff you had to exit the tram tour to see, Star Trek, Flintstones, and all the other stuff that's gone the way of the dodo. Universal seems to have the most turnover of any of the SoCal theme parks. I'd just like a place that keeps track of these, y'know?

Thanks. I wish it were my own. Good photos of that ride are few and far between. Most frustrating is that there is a photo album floating around my family somewhere that has some wonderful shots my dad took of me on the ride when I was about 4. Sadly, nobody seems to be able to locate it.

Hi all! I'm Kirsten! I usually post over at WDWMagic, and at DisneySites and VisionsFantastic to some extent.

I'm a 22-year-old biology major, looking to get into exotic animal training. I love animals, particularly killer whales - and love to hang out around Shamu Stadium at SeaWorld. I also work at SeaWorld now, in the Entertainment Department.

I make it out to Disneyland once every few weeks, usually. I am shameless in my love for all things Aladdin. I was a WDW CP from May 02-May 03, working first in MK Merchandise and then in Entertainment. I also run the Disney Music Loops database.

I just had to do that cause that monkey rocks.

Sniff. All I ever wanted to do when I was in school was become a dolphin trainer. But that evil Sea World wanted me to cut my hair, and well, you just didn't do that in the 70s unless you were part of the establishment. I couldn't bring myself to part with my long hair, and well, the rest is history.

Still love Sea World tho and get there every few days for my lunch break (ok, really free beer sample break, but don't tell anyone). Maybe when I get to be a really old codger I'll retire and work there part time.

I'd love to get into the animal training department someday... unfortunately, I'm not a strong enough swimmer to pass their swim test, at least at the moment. Working with dolphins is my dream animal.

Free beer sample breaks are goooood. I tried the Bacardi Silver green apple last time and loved it. Like green apple Jolly Ranchers, with an alcohol twist. If you work there, though, you get two free cases of beer a month.

Ah, it's different here in San Diego. Seasonal doesn't get free beer, but both Part Time and Full Time can get two cases a month (after you turn in a Beer School certificate).

Thumbs up MiceChat Newbie

Love everything Disney. I grew up in Orange, CA so I've been to Disneyland or "The Park" more times than I can count. Grew up on Disney, wanted to be a Mouseketter, thought Walt was the coolest ever, and The Park was even my first job. Now I'm an Annual Passholder and go as much as possible. This board is great, better than Hasbeens!
