My name is Shayna (a.k.a. shna). I am fortunate enough to get to Disneyland every 6 weeks or so -- more often if I can find an excuse. Thought I'd check this site out in case I need to find something to do when I'm supposed to be working Disney-related info I can't find anywhere else.

I love most things Hundred-Acre-Wood-related, and am quite fond of the Disney Fairies. Belle is my favorite princess -- feisty, brunette, and loves to read. That's a good combination.

Now I live in San Diego and just got a DL annual pass, hooray! I am a nanny for my two beautiful nieces. Before they were born, I taught preK at WDW! I love Disney movies, especially old ones, and listening to Disney music. I also love visiting the parks as often as I can. Definitely a very happy place!

I lived the first 30 years of my life in the Bay Area and went to the DLR a lot - you know, back when the 1967 Tomorrowland hadn't moved to Yesterland. Nowadays, I get to the DLR once in a blue moon. I love it, love Disney. The hubbo, however, is a Disney muggle. Still, he let me name our two daughters (17 and 20) after Disney characters. In my avatar, I'm the one in yellow. The redhead is my older daughter Thomasina, just like the orange kitty of "Thomasina".

I'm a writer by trade, when I can find work. I'm married to The Lovely Mrs. tod and we have two kids, actually twentysomething young men now.

Longtime Disneyland fan -- one of my earliest memories is strutting down Main Street in my Davy Crockett sweat shirt at age 3 in 1955 like I owned the world -- and follower of the studio for about as long.

FWIW, I've been a MiceAge reader for years and even contributed to Al's old D-I-G a decade or so ago.
