I live and die for this season. I will cry when the first game is aired. My husband and I just bought the college season ticket/package thingy on cable. I won't miss a game that is on!!!!
Fight on Trojan fans! i can't wait to once again sit it the Coliseum. Will not be as good as the last two or three seasons but I can't wait to yell at the top of my lungs!
--Fight ON!!!!!!
Please, do not point your Trojan finger this way...........
already planning a roadtrip to Lincoln to catch our annual game. Can't decide which one to see though. A friend told us we could scalp tickets pretty easily at the stadium, so I am not going to bother with the $150 bucks a ticket everyone else is charging.
Its not my favorite time of the year, but I humor my hubby.
Can't wait. I'm not going to as many games this year, but I'll still be watching my Trojan football from home!
(can't believe they moved the band to the freakin' Sun Deck though! Those are the ghetto seats!)
Meanwhile I am going to be rooting on my favorite team, the Georgia Bulldogs! :)
But no matter your team, no matter where you are. There is nothing beter than the excitement and pagenatry of College football! :)
GO WOLVERINES!!!
(where the ferk is the gold color?!)
GO TROJANS!!!
hook Em Horns, All The Way!!!!!
i Am Scared, Though, About The Qb Situation. Arghhhh!!!!
i Live For College Football And The Pageantry Of It All. Nothing Can Match It. I Only Wish Cal State Long Beach And Cal State Fullerton Still Had Teams. Oh Well.
good Luck To All This Season.
Go Fresno Bulldogs!! Making plans on going to the first game.
For any of those interested and have MC Gold, a Fight On Trojans Alliance club has been "created". Go to Create A Club and vote.;)
I am totally excited for the season to start! I love football, college and pro, so I'm ready!!!
And if you don't have Gold...get it, will ya? You're missin' out!

Cal State Fullerton alum...they once played their games at Anaheim Stadium, even in the days before it was converted for the arrival of the Rams. I, too, wish that they had more local colleges in SoCal playing football these days...
Anyway, lifelong UCLA Bruins rooter here...hope that Karl Dorrell can keep up the winning ways...although I know full well that last year's team wasn't as good as its record, as the "rivalry" game against you-know-who demonstrated.
But a certain MiceChatter you all know and love was shouting Hook Em Horns with some Texas fans on an airplane home from Hawaii, listening to the radio call of that last-minute drive last January 4...
GO BRUINS... and as for that other LA team let's just say that I have two favorite college football teams - UCLA, and whoever's playing the...well. you get the idea.
Yes, FOTA, I respect Pete Carroll and what they've accomplished...doesn't mean I have to like em...;)

PS...To answer the question in the OP, I'm far more excited about baseball's pennant stretch and postseason. Big surprise here, huh???
Just a reminder...Trojan radio broadcasts this year will be on a station you can actually hear...Disney's own ESPN AM-710...Pete Arbogast again on play-by-play...and I know the station is promoting the heck out of it...Quote:

I cannot WAIT for the season to start...AND I have high expectations this year as a proud graduate of the #1 ranked Ohio State University Buckeyes!

SDSU all the way baby. It takes a proud alumni (fool) to admit that they cheer for the Aztecs!
First game next week vs. UTEP, we'll be there, butts planted in our seats. I'm "hoping" that we can make it up to the SJSU game. Who knows.
Still up in the air about our Nebraska/USC tickets...
