 | Orange County heads up - DUI checkpoint 9/08 It's not smart to drink and drive, because people often don't know their own limits, and if you're above .08, you can be arrested for DUI. Tomorrow, the Costa Mesa Police Department plans a DUI checkpoint from 8pm to 3am, at 17th street and Flower, near where the 55 Southbound freeway ends.
