MiceAge scooped by the Internet Movie Database!

The site claims that the decision, "crafted in the corporate offices of Burbank rather than the [Walt Disney Imagineering] design studios of Glendale," is aimed at promoting the third Pirates movie due out next year. If a $28 million budget is approved, the website said, construction would begin this winter to rebuild and rebrand the attraction. Part of the transformation would involve creation of an "interactive pirate museum," replacing the current Fort Wilderness, according to MiceAge, which commented: "Of course, it's a given that diehard Disneyland fans will likely recoil in horror when they first hear about this idea. But what should be kept in mind is that this project would make a beloved old corner of Disneyland exciting and relevant again for a new generation of fans."

On my way to work today, they were talking about this on the radio, and one of the DJs said, first they get rid of Tomorrowland, and now this?

I was sitting there in my car going.....Tomorrowland is still there. Not the same....but still there...

Cool, IMDB. Too bad we don't have a movie we can list on there too!

That's cool, you look pretty good for your age, considering your last work as an actress was in 1959. A little furry, but still good.

(first of all, LOVE your sig with Max, Melvin, and Buff!!!)

Oh, Did you hear, Over in DCA, part of the $650 Million
they are using to "fix" it, is going to turn Grizzly Peak into
the World's Largest Audio Animatronic!!! On the hour,
a large rumbling sound will occurr, will rock slides placed
in a few places around the Mountain. Grizzly Peak will then
start moving it's head, eyes will shoot lazars, then Grizzly
will slowly open its mouth and GROWL Loudly. Then
quietly "go back to sleep" for one more hour.

One of the other concepts that floated around was to
place one of "Grizzly's" paws at the base of the mountain,
so that it could grab an innocent bypasser and give them
"a ride all the way to Grizzly's mouth".
