It really is - it's a nice, mildly pineapple ice cream w/ coconut flakes in it.

LOL - it depends on my mood! Sometimes I like the cake cones (flat bottoms) sometimes I like the sugar cones.

Coldstone. We have one 55 steps away from our house. Not that I've counted or anything!

I was driving past a market last week and it has a sign that says Thrifty Ice Cream. I was wondering if that was THE Thrifty ice cream. I may have to stop in and check!

As nice as the other parks are, we must always remember that it all began at Disneyland. Disneyland should be the crown jewel in the Disney crown.

Re: Where do you like your ice cream from?

Okay admitted ice cream junkie here (and I am diabetic, not good, I know).

From the grocery store - Love Dryer's which I think is also called Eddy's in other parts of the country. I especially love their Mint Chip. I also really enjoy any of the Starbucks ice creams, of course Coffee is one of my favorite flavors. But their Coffee Almond Fudge is to die for with the chocolate covered almonds...yum! Ben and Jerry's Coffee Heath Bar is incredible. Also, still can't beat the original Trifty ice cream which is still sold at Rite Aide. I particularly love Double Chocolate Malted Crunch.

From an ice cream shop - Baskin Robins is always good. I like their Peanut Butter Chocolate, absolutely no one does it the way they do. Their Mint Chip and Jamoca are also amazing.

From a restaurant - Here in Sacramento we have a place called Leatherby's which makes their own ice cream and toppings and have massive servings. Just about everything is good there. The Elephant Bar has an amazing Mud Pie ice cream dessert that I always leave room for. Bloomington, Indiana has a greek restaurant called The Trojan Horse that serves Baklava Ice Cream...holy moly is that good!!

    I could go on...Heh, I said I was a junkie!

Re: Where do you like your ice cream from?

When I was younger, there was a little ice-cream place not far from where we lived in Citrus Heights called "Marie's". They had the best ice cream!!! (until someone else took it over and ruined it)

Out here, we go to the Cone. Ice Cream place just down the street, shaped like a giant ice cream cone. Buckeye parffit with vanilla ice cream, buckeyes, hot fudge and peanut butter.

    I also looooove Coldstone!!!!
Press today is so concerned with cool vs. not cool that they're starting to forget good vs. bad. I'm not sure I'll ever be "cool", but I will always tirelessly strive to be "great". - Josh Groban

There's a place around the corner from me called Licks that has some good ice cream. But I also love Marble Slab.

Growing up I loved getting ice cream at Frosty Boy (which was across the street from my high school) and the Purple Cow.
