Re: A New Family Member for the Newlyweds!

I told Bailey about your new pet and she was so sad. But she wanted me to tell you thank you for helping him and trying to save him. She also asked me to pass on that she votes for Tangaroa-Ru as his Tiki name.

Re: A New Family Member for the Newlyweds!

Well, he decided to leave us.

We found him yesterday in the same spot where he fell asleep - but this time he had crossed over. On a good note, we had fed him again the night before, so he went with a full tummy and lots of love. I think it was that comfort that made him decide to let go.

On the other bright side, we do have a full and proper set-up for a gecko now, so we plan on looking for another rescue/unwanted pet. Hopefully, the next one won't be as bad.

And yes, I want to smack the previous owner and starve her for awhile. She needs to know hunger and neglect.

Aw DP, I'm so sorry. But I'm very glad that the little guy got to experience love and comfort in his final hours. Thank you for that.

Awww...I'm so sorry. Poor little guy. How can people be so mean and stupid to animals? It makes me ill. I'm so glad that he was with you and FP for the end - so at least he was fed and warm and loved as he passed on.
