    The Star Wars Kid

Since this is MiceChat's unofficial Star Wars Week. Has anyone seen the video of the teenager swinging around the golf ball retriever like he's Darth Maul from Episode I. Apparently, he videotaped himself at school swinging the stick around and forgot to take the tape out. Two of his classmates found the tape and posted it online. Since then, people have been editing it with Star Wars effects and making parodies out of it like The Matrix and Kill Bill. There was also a petition out to get this kid a role in Episode III.

Anyone else seen "The Star Wars Kid"?

Yes, isn't the internet wonderful? Now you too can have billions of people laughing at your childhood indiscretions. Have to wonder when he'll eventually kill himself, due to never being able to escape this.

All so people can laugh and mock him for years and years to come. Feel proud.

No worries. He got his revenge, or at least his parents did. I read an article that his parents sued the classmates involved and won. Turns out Ghyslian ended up in a mental institution from the humiliation he suffered.

Then again, it all could've been avoided if he just remembered to take out the tape (Unless the truth was that he did take out the tape and his classmates beat him up and took the tape from him, but I guess we'll never know.)

Aww thats sad. Him being placed in an institution from humilation is slightly far fetched, but the whole saga is a bit ruthless.
