    Here are a few other fun Disney facts that happened on this date!

    1962: Walt Disney decides to shave off the mullet that made him famous.

    1978: The Disney company releases several "Adult Only" films, featuring real people and cartoon characters. The films gained a lot of praise for their special effects but were banned from the Academy Awards due to their content.

    1991: Spaceship Earth came loose and started rolling. Thousands were killed. It also marks the day that the sentence "Damn! Look at the giant golf ball!" was most used.

    I know, but it is slightly harder than giving credit to the people that are really doing all of the work, thats the easy part. All that needs to be done is the first post edited to give credit for the information to www.mickeynews.com.
