Any Miley Cyrus fans out there?

I just started becoming a fan of her show "Hannah Montana" and her music yesterday while watching a marathon ALL DAY of Hannah Montana. I think shes very talented.

    Any other fans out there?

My son loves her - but he won't admit it! I think she's cute.

Will trade husband for Disneyland and DCA Pins!

I admitted it to my mom. I told her that she's freakin' georgous.

I like the show and I think she's a talented singer but her character annoys me. I do think the story behind her name is really cute.
My favorite episode is the one with the pelican. Very good!

I think her best friend in the show is annoying in a way. But overall. I am now a true fan of Miley Cyrus. Now i need to meet her. That would be a dream come true. But sadly, what are the chances?

I've always wondered about her height, though. She seems pretty short on TV. Or is it just me? I think I'll Google her height now.

My daughter LOVES her show. She says she wants to be her biggest fan. She got the Hannah Montana CD and a DVD for Christmas. Made her VERY happy. My son watches the DVD in his sister's room too, until she gets annoyed and sends him out of her room. So yes, barfy, some fans are out here!!

    Say hello to barfownz, kids!

    "Hi barfownz"!!!!!!!!!

PS My daughter answered me the other day in a very definite southern accent -- I told her she's not Miley Cyrus!

I think it's great to see someone on TV who is not so tall.

Sounds like my house when my daughter has watched too much Hannah Montana! She just loves her, and I think got more excited about her Hannah Montana CD for Xmas than any other present!

I like the show. It's something that kids can watch and that us older kids can watch, too. The songs are great as well, and they have a positive message to them. What's not to like?
She's a decent actress for her age, and here's to hoping that when she gets older, she doesn't go the way of many other girls. It's good for young girls to have a positive role model.

She was my niece's favorite act at the Radio Disney 10th Anniversary Concert at the Honda Center (formerly The Pond) last year. Cheetah Girls a close second!

A Disney star is born - TIME

Actress Miley Cyrus, who plays the title role in Disney TV's Hannah Montana, appears on MTV's Total Request Live October 23, 2006, in New York City.

    A Disney Star Is Born

She embodies every pre-teen's fantasy: a cool 13-year-old with great hair and a secret life as a pop star. But to executives at the Disney Channel, Miley Cyrus is more of a dream come true.
That's what Disney is counting on. Having just celebrated her 14th birthday, Cyrus is at the center of a synergistic whirlwind of guest appearances, concert dates and recording sessions aimed at hyping Hannah Montana. She's performing in several cities as opening act for The Cheetah Girls — a made-by-Disney tween-targeted girl group — on their 40-city tour. She rode a celebrity float in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade before returning to Los Angeles to start production on the series' second season.

Since its March debut — which drew 54 million viewers and was the biggest premiere in the cable channel's 23-year history — Hannah Montana has become the most popular show on television among pre-teen girls ages 9 to 14 and is consistently watched by more kids ages 6 to 11 than any other TV series. The Hannah Montana soundtrack, which features Cyrus performing eight songs, debuted at number one on the Billboard Top 200 chart several weeks ago and is still holding its own in the top five. There are Hannah Montana fan clubs, web sites, mobile phone clips, branded apparel, and a movie isn't far behind.

Do you prefer her as a blonde or a brunette?

She was at DL last month. Photo'd on Main St.

My daughters watch her all of the time. I've seen a few episodes. Yes, I agree, they send a good message in a fun way.

    Enjoy!

Blonde or brunette is good. But my mom thinks she looks older as a blonde.
