I heard the other day that Disney is planning on releasing the old WWII movie shorts. Is this rumor true, and if so can anyone help me?
May the force be with you, always.
They did years ago. It's Called "Disney Treasures: Walt Disney On the Frontlines." You might be able to still get it on internet stores like Amazon.
Thanks. I'll see what I can find. Could it be that they are re-releasing it out of the vault again, like they do so many others?
Here you go: http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listi...960153-8218256
I haven't heard anything about them re-releasing it, but who knows. I don't think that there will be another wave of WWII films/shorts coming out because I think they put them all on the "Frontlines" DVD set.
I found it on Amazon. Thanks for the help.

They sell this DVD at the Disney Gallery and the 20th Century Music Shop as of November 20th 2006.

The difference between "involvement" and "commitment" is like a eggs and ham breakfast: The chicken was "involved" - the pig was "commited"!
Ohh yay I'm also into the old shorts! I'm definetly buying that.
you may want to look around a little first. I actually saw the Front Lines in the tin case at Best Buy the other day...just a thought
