Haha you and DD said the same thing. I wish I knew you both BEFORE I went. My entire family and some cousins went for the first time maybe 6 years ago. My mom just gave me a wad of cash and instructed me to order for EVERYONE while they hold the table down.
Silly me. There were six of us. So what did I do? I ordered a pastrami sandwich each for everyone and the following:
-chili cheese fries x 1
-wet fries x 1
-onion rings x 1
-regular fries x 4
The cashier's eyes bulged but didn't say a thing!
Yah, we had a lot of leftover potato and two whole pastrami sandwhiches.

Red's is great, but K and I went to Rosie's BBQ in Northridge a couple of weeks ago, and it was AMAZING. Their sauce is to die for, and the beef ribs were just falling off the bone. Oh, and the peanut cole slaw? Sublime.

There's a neighborhood deli/grill around the corner from where I live called Maxi's that has the most awesome burgers...they have like 12 different kinds along with 40-some different kinds of sandwiches & wraps and tons of other goodies.
