My god, ordering that was like pulling teeth.
They said no such invoice number and had to look up Mice Chat. Then they forgot to take my credit card and I had to call back. Now I just got an email asking what font size it's supposed to be???? I hope they get it right.

I called yesterday and they kind of seemed clueless. I gave them the invoice number and they told me they would ship to Charlie's house.. Um, no. Then they said they would be charged to the credit card on file. Um, no. Then they said there was no credit card on file (of course). Then I had to email the names I wanted on the nametags and I haven't heard back from them if they ever got the email. I'm hoping they get it right as well. No one asked me for the font size. EEK.

These new badges look pretty darn cool! Thanks again, Charlie, for getting these things set up! I hope those who have already ordered (and are experiencing a little bit of turbulence) get their badges soon and enjoy them! I'm excited to see who has one when the 2nd anniversary festivities kick off!

I contacted Wendy at Namifiers this morning and discussed the issues outlined above. I addressed the font issue, so font size should not be in question when ordering in the future. I have also made some corrections to the ordering process which should help to streamline ordering.

Thanks Charlie, They had caled me back as well to ask what font I'd like. I'm glad you worked that out since I have no idea what size font is needed. I look forward to receiving my nametags.

They look awesome!! Well worth the money, especially when you get a bunch of friends to order together to save on shipping!
