I've been trying to get a replacement Sidekick II phone for the past 3 weeks. Mine got a black mark on the screen (not caused by me) and that's all fine because I have insurance and as stated in my contract I can get a replacement. So they sent me a package that was supposed to be my replacement phone and ended up being an ear peice, just a goof right? Well I called them and told them and ended up being called a liar and being told I already had my replacement and to stop calling. Um.. I got an earpeice.. not a phone. I have to pay my bill next week on a phone I won't have used in a month. I need a phone I'm a busy kid and relying on payphones isn't great you know, but I don't have the money to shell out for a new phone when I wasted money on insurance for a case like this. I'm utterly lost on what to do now.
