Me too. I can't wait to get it, although I should probably read the last book again before I get it. It's been so long I can't even remember what happened in it .

Maybe that's why i'm not as excited this time around? Oh well I guess I could read OOtP again, but who in their right mind would do that?!

July 17th. On that day, I will either be in line at the bag check at Disneyland to get in to the park or face down in a pool of my own vomit from partying the night before. Either way, I'll have to get the book on the 18th methinks...

    July 16th, folks.

That reminds me... I need to get my pre-order in at the Block so I'm guaranteed a copy at the midnight line party!

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...

Funny you should bring this up... I am just finishing rereading the first 5 now. I started Monday and am already on the final one. All of my reading is driving the boys crazy (Hubby and Boy). The Boy gets even with my reading and not playing Game Cube games with him by dropping all of the rats on me.

I've read and re-read all 5 several times. I'm dying to know what will happen next. And yes, I know how hopelessly nerdy I am.

Hubby asked again tonight, "Why are you reading them again now if the 6th one doesn't come out until July?"

when I told him Sunday that the book would be out on his B-day he asked me if I was going to be reading or would I care to spend time with him on his B-day. I told him I would have to think about it for awhile.

I'm just too lazy to read them again, I don't know if there is anything more lazy than that.

Hee hee hee. I read that as Harry Potter & the Toot-pee, and can't stop giggling! That must be the lost, forgotten manuscript!

I totally lucked out and pre-ordered my copy at a bookstore at our mall that gives discounts to mall employees, so I got it for $17! Woo hoo! Since it's such a good price we decided to order two so that Steph and I won't fight over who get's to read it first. We plan on donating the second copy to the children's hospital or something after we're done, which probably won't take too long. We’re both addicted! Bring on the Quidditch!

Yup, with you there. Just re-read them all, anxiously awaiting, impatiently awaiting, pre-ordered and then there is waiting for GoF in the theatres in November. Embarassment of riches this year, then another 3 years before the final chapter of book 7......better savour it, it's going to be a long wait. Patient, I am not.
