Exclamation Wacko Jacko- Guilty or Innocent??????

In honor of our new avatar theme, I pose to you a question. Do you think he is innocent or guilty? Will he get justice, or has the whole thing been too much of a circus for him to get a fair trial? Also, how long do you think the jury will be deliberating.

I think something went on that shouldn't have, but I don't think he is as guilty as they are accusing him of being

    He's creepy beyond all reason.
I give myself very good advice, but I very seldom follow it.
That explains the trouble that I'm always in...

Hum? Good question. I think he's guilty but with the way celebrity cases have been coming out, who knows what the jury will come up with. I do think he's guilty of molestation but I also do think that some of the parents that have charged him are out for a quick buck. Despite that, should he be cleared on all charges because of the sleaziness of the families? No.

I still love his music though and think he's a great entertainer...well when he's somewhat normal.

I have no idea... I didn't follow the case. Ask me if I care... "NO". This has no bearing on my life, except only adding comedic value.

I believe that is dealt with by the assumption that people who don't care won't click on the thread

As for myself, I thought it was a sure thing that the guy was a pedophile. However, the defense has presented some interesting evidence, so now I'm officially undecided, but still leaning toward guilty.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...

I do not know if he is guilty or not, but with as often as these accusations are being leveled:

    1) He should have learned by now not to place himself in a position where any credibility could be lent to these claims.

I recall, during the allegations he settled years ago, Michael Jackson went on TV and read a statement. If saying, on national tv, that the authorities had a warrent to photograph your private parts would not make you walk the straight and narrow I guess nothing shall.

    2) Sadly, with the number of occurences, I am getting to the point where I believe where there is smoke there is fire.

    Tui2: He's innocent I tell ya!

Tui: Oh you be quiet! You don't know what you're talking about!

Tui2: I know enough to realise he is just a pawn of the media!

Tui: Do you even know what that phrase means.

    Tui2:Well.....

Tui: Thats what I thought, the verdict is going to be interesting when it comes to this trial. I don't know what to predict...

I believe he did things that could get him convicted. I also believe he will go free.

With the history of pay-offs and hush money and all the other nonsense, there has to be something going on there. Especially with the unknown children...the judge who allowed Caulkin to testify that nothing ever happened to him is just wrong.

If a bank robber were on trial for a hold up, would the defense be allowed to bring tellers from another bank into court to testify that the robber is totally innocent because they didn't rob their bank?

And several posters who declare that "we don't care" are downright disturbing. Most pedophiles are really nice people and that's how they continue to get away with it. Grandpas, dads, uncles, neighbors, coaches, teachers and even celebrities. No one should be permitted to take advantage of the innocent in that way. No matter how famous, talented or rich they are.

Gosh....Is there any question! He's digging his own grave!
Mom, remember, it's not what a person is like on the outside that counts,
it's what they are like in their HEART!
