We've got another fire going in the Anaheim Hills. Has anyone else seen this? It wasn't that big an hour ago, but the wind came up and it looks like it's getting bigger. I just passed two more firetrucks on my way back from Home Depot. From here, it looks like all of that smoke is headed for Disneyland.
oh...i thought this was referring to all the smokers smoking in the non-smoking areas of disneyland like i saw over the last 4 days....

Thanks for this! I was out driving around 11 and thought it was weirdly hazy out. I didn't even think about there being a fire today.
I went up that way, but didn't have my camera. I am on the west side of the hill where it is, so we just have heaps of smoke. (where I am, I am quite far from it, but the smoke is a lot)Quote:

It's totally fire weather, and I didn't consider that, being March and all.
I got pictures of the smoke plume on the way to DL this morning, but I have been unable to post pictures from Photobucket. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. The smoke did go all the way toward Disneyland.
I was wondering why the weather was so weird when I woke up... One more look past the neighborhood and I understood why...

This is also the direction we look to see the fireworks at night, so Disneyland is more than likely covered in smoke right now...
But more importantly, I really hope everyone in Anaheim Hills is ok.

There's a lot of smoke! I'm a bit worried...I teach a lot of kids in that area and I hope that everyone is out of harm's way. I also have friends who are Firefighters. I'm praying for their safety.
