Hi Everyone. Sounds like you have had your shares of ups and downs. I feel like I was doing really well before my trip and during my trip, but ever since I've been back, I haven't been very motivated to exercise and I've been wanting to eat junk food. I even had Burger King yesterday. I'm hoping I'll get this out of my system quick and get back on track. My hubby wants to get back in shape too so maybe we'll go to the gym tonight together.
